HOW DO I GET TO BRAESIDE? VIEW MAP HERE

PARKING: Braeside has a large parking lot where vehicles and buses should park for the duration of the event.

LOST AND FOUND: Lost items may be found by Braeside cleaning staff after the event. If they are found by us, they will be available at the event for retrieval, then returned to the Western Ontario District office and held for two weeks only.

A PARENT WOULD LIKE TO COME WITH OUR GROUP, BUT NOT BE A LEADER. IS THAT OKAY? For safety and security reasons, every person must be registered. If a parent would like to come with your group, they will need to be registered as a leader, and will be included in our planning numbers for your group.  

A PARENT WOULD LIKE TO BRING THEIR TODDLER. IS THAT OKAY?
We recommend that all students who attend BOUNCE are within the age range of 7 - 12 years old. If a parent needs to bring their toddler, they will need to register their toddler for the full event, and the parent will need to be registered as a leader for your group.

MEALS AND SNACKS

NOTE: Please make sure you group has eaten supper before arriving Friday night, and plan accordingly for you trip home on Saturday as there are no additional meal options at Braeside besides what is included in registration.

FRIDAY NIGHT SNACK: The Friday night snack included in the registration price is S'mores (peanut free graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate bars) OR Rice Krispie Squares (as an alternative if we cannot have a campfire). Please bring an alternate snack for individuals in your group if this does not meet their dietary restrictions.

FRIDAY NIGHT PIZZA ORDERS: When you register, there will be an option to order pizza(s) for your group, that will be available onsite at the beginning of our late night activity together. Please note this is an additional charge to the registration rate. You are welcome to add a pizza order at any point up to the Wednesday before the event, when we will submit the final order.

ALLERGY NOTIFICATION: Braeside Camp makes reasonable attempts to reduce the amount of known allergens when preparing foods and is committed to reducing the risk of food-related allergenic reactions among our registrants. Unfortunately, some food products that they serve will have been produced in processing plants that have come in contact with eggs, milk, soybean, wheat, food coloring, sulphites, nuts and/or seeds, and as such, it is possible that a student could be exposed to a known allergen(s). 

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS FORM: Your registration will be confirmed once you have completed this form (link above). You must do these forms for Leaders who have dietary restrictions as well. This form must be submitted for all dietary requests by May 20th.
