REGISTRATION OPTIONS

FRIDAY & SATURDAY, COVERED ACCOMMODATIONS

$45 Per Registrant. Registrants will sleep in covered accommodations (trailers / dorms / hotel rooms / ministry center / cottages/ etc.)** and need to bring all of their own gear (air mattresses, bedding, toiletries, etc).

Included in the registration is a snack on Friday night, one bottle of water per registrant, breakfast and lunch on Saturday only.

FRIDAY & SATURDAY, CAMPING ACCOMMODATIONS

$35 Per Registrant. Registrants will sleep in tent accommodations** and will need to bring your own tents, as well as all their own gear (air mattresses, bedding, toiletries, etc). 

Included in the registration is a snack on Friday night, one bottle of water per registrant, breakfast and lunch on Saturday only. 

**plots are first come first serve.

SATURDAY ONLY, NO ACCOMMODATIONS

$25 per registrant. Registrants will attend for Saturday only with no accommodations.

Included in the registration is lunch and one bottle of water. 


IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTES

DEADLINE: The registration deadline is May 19th at 11:59pm so plan in advance to have all your numbers confirmed before that time! 

LATE REGISTRATIONS: After the online registration cut off date, any requests for changes or additions will not be guaranteed and will be charged an additional $15 administration fee each time a change or addition is applied. Meals will not be provided for late registration requests.

REFUNDS: There will be no refunds or cancellations for Bounce.CHILDREN: Bounce requires that all kids attending must be registered with a group. No individual registrations will be permitted.

LEADERS: Every leader/adult who attends with your group must be registered for the entire event.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON LEADER NUMBERS: Please ensure you have enough screened leaders to oversee your registered group for BOUNCE. It is suggested you have 1 leader for every 8 children registered. If you are staying overnight in the dorms you must REGISTER AT LEAST TWO LEADERS FOR EACH GENDER OF CAMPERS you are registering (i.e. - If you register any female campers, you must have a MINIMUM of TWO female leaders, and you can register as many other leaders as you feel are necessary for your group size. Also, if you register any male campers, you must have a MINIMUM of TWO male leaders, and you can register as many other leaders as you feel are necessary for your group size). That will ensure that your accommodations setup will meet most church safety plans.
