LIFT regional training days are a one-day event that you can bring all of your ministry workers who serve in Next Gen (0-18) ministries in your local church or organization.  The day includes learning, inspiration, focus and training – offering multiple breakouts on ministry basics, age related insights, hot topics and leadership development.  LIFT has something for everyone who serves in Children’s, Jr. High, Youth and Family ministries from your youth volunteers to paid staff.  Plan to make it a spring team training day that pours into your ministry workers and gives them LIFT for the season ahead.
