Hailey grew up in the Western Ontario District and has served in a wide range of ministry roles across Canada and overseas. She’s been a Children’s Pastor in Jerusalem, worked with PAOC Missions, pastored families in Sherwood Park, led a church in Fort Smith, and supported northern ministries through the Alberta & NWT District. Ordained with the PAOC, she holds degrees from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College and Fuller Seminary, and is currently working on her Doctor of Ministry at Portland Seminary. Hailey is passionate about helping children and families follow Jesus—and equipping leaders who walk with them.

He desires to train, equip, and empower the next generation to be a lifelong follower of Jesus! He & Carolyn have 3 adult children, one grandchild, and Dale is obsessed with peanut butter with chocolate!

Natalie Dickert has been the Children’s Pastor at Movement Church in Woodstock, ON since 2013 and has also ministered in Cambridge, Barrie and London. She has a contagious passion to teach kids about Jesus using fun stories, puppets, creative skits and crafts. Natalie loves to partner with parents to help raise up a new generation of Jesus followers and future church leaders.

Mike serves with Mission Global as a missions mobilizer. After 16 years abroad as a church planter and leadership trainer in Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye, he is now dedicated to inspiring the next generation to reach the least reached areas of the world and embrace a global vision.

Jessica serves as the Student Ministry Pastor at Hiway Church in Barrie and as a Section Rep for Youth & Young Adult Pastors in the Huronia Section of WOD. Over the last 7 years, Jessica and her husband, Jonathan, have discovered a passion for Christ-centered discipleship and reminding leaders that every season of ministry can produce fruit... whether it’s a season of sowing or bringing in the harvest... both are vital to the Kingdom. When she isn't cheering on the next generation, you'll find her in one of her three favourite places: Church, Costco, or Chick-fil-A.

Blair Mercer has been in ministry for over 2 decades and has fulfilled roles such as Youth Pastor, Church Planter, and Lead Pastor. He loves working with teams of people who want to make an eternal difference. Blair is currently the Youth Director for the WOD and has previously served on the District Executive, Creative Resource, and the New Churches Network. Blair and his wife Angela love spending time with their two amazing college-aged kids whenever they are home. As a couple, they love music, travelling, playing games, hosting and making amazing food together.

John-Mark is the Youth Pastor at Calvary Assembly in Cambridge, Ontario. Along with his wife, Natalie, they have been in youth ministry for 11 years and share a love for serving the local Church and seeing students discover who God has made them to be. He is a proud father of two kids, Levi (9) and Ellie (6), supporter of all Toronto sports teams and is excited to be at LIFT Training days!

Josh Alvarez has spent more than 20 years serving the next generation, including 10 years as a youth pastor. He now serves on the Student Collective Lead Team, helping equip leaders to better understand and disciple today’s students in a rapidly changing culture. Josh is passionate about leading people into the presence of God and raising up the next generation of worship leaders to lead with authenticity and bold faith. Along the way, his love for anime, basketball, and Korean fried chicken have become parts of how he connects with the students and leaders he serves.

For over eight years, Ashley served as a children’s pastor and stepped down from her role in June 2025 in order to pursue her Master of Arts in Inclusive Education at Trinity Western University. Ashley has worked in a variety of settings that support children with exceptionalities and loves being able to transfer that knowledge and skill set to the church. 
Ashley has a passion for belonging and accessibility. Her desire is to equip others to minister in a way that allows all children and families truly feel seen, heard, and loved because every single person deserves to experience the truth that they are part of God's family.

Jesh is a husband, dad to three boys, and a Toronto Raptors fan. But more than that, he’s passionate about helping the next generation discover how they can be part of what God is doing around the world.
He inspires and equips churches and next generation leaders to connect discipleship with God's global mission in practical and engaging ways. With experience in pastoral ministry and an employment coaching, he loves helping people see how their gifts and passions can meet real needs especially in places where Jesus isn't known yet.
He travels across Canada and internationally, sharing stories, insights, and tools that encourage leaders to raise up a generation ready to follow Jesus wherever He leads!

Gerhold (Gerry) Tonn is married to Elaine and is a proud dad of two daughters and grandfather of four. A pastor for 37 years, he has led churches in Paris and Aurora while developing a strong focus on mental health support within ministry settings. Gerry teaches undergrads at Master’s College & Seminary, works in pastoral restoration for the Western Ontario District, leads pastoral health seminars, and serves as an instructor for the Mental Health Commission of Canada. In 2020, he provided frontline anxiety‑support for staff in two Toronto long‑term care COVID units. He holds accredited Master’s and Doctoral degrees in theology, psychology, and leadership.
