“We’re better together” is a reality, not just a saying.  We are at our best as leaders when we are in healthy collaborative environments that support, encourage, equip, and empower us to be all that God has created and called us to be.

Isolation can be one of the greatest hindrances to leadership effectiveness and growth.  When a leader is disconnected from meaningful relationships with other like-minded leaders, safe spaces of transparency, and alone in their ministry context, it’s difficult to have and maintain healthy margins.

Join a WOD CFM cohort group specific to CFM Pastors/Leaders, whether credentialed or not yet credentialed, staff positioned, or volunteer.  We want to create healthy collective environments for prayer, encouragement, learning, and collaboration.

  • Each cohort will be led by a leader of character, commitment, and experience.

  • Cohorts will meet monthly for 60 minutes by Zoom, with the occasional meet-up in person.

    Cohort leaders will coordinate with the group the best date and time to meet, recognizing that not every member will be able to attend every connection.

    Meeting times will not conflict with Pastor Section Meetings and other regularly scheduled District gatherings.

  • Cohorts will run from fall to summer, break for the summer and resume again in the fall.
